During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

4.5/27/08 Show gas, water, all utilities lines to the property line on site plan. On Plat map note where
water meter is located and show where all utility lines pick up and run through easements to Cyrus.
(This can be redlined on the site plan and plat map in the permit app file)
****GRINDER PUMP: Is part of house able to get fall for sewer? If so, may need to use ejector pump in
house instead of grinder pump. Please review Handout E62 (on our website) for the complete submittal
requirements necessary for a sewage pump review. The design report must be developed by a registered
Washington State engineer with prior experience designing similar systems. Show gas utility line from
property line to house, water service line from water meter to house, side sewer connection from main to
house on site plan. Side sewer requires 6” clean out with locking lamphole cover required at property line.

7.Circular driveway may want to be reconsidered as it creates difficulty accessing center stall in garage.
Due to tight impervious surface numbers, changes will not be considered during construction.
