specifiesaminimumdrivewayapproachof20'betweenthegaragedoorandtheedgeofthealley.
Thisrequirementmaybereducedifitcanbeshownthatadequatesightdistancecanbeobtained
by:changingtheconfigurationofthegarage,forexample,buildingacarportinstead;installing
windowsinthegarage;movingthegarage;accessingthegaragefromthesideinsteadofthefront;
reducingtheheightsoffencesabuttingtheproperty,oracombinationoftheabove.
