Theresa,
Building and Planning have signed off on your permit. We are now waiting on Engineering
being able to sign off. Apparently when they did an inspection theynoticed additional
impervious surfaces that were not on your site plan. Engineering isrequiringa geotech
report that states that the additional impervious surfaces that were added willnot cause
any issues to the slope. We will also need an updated site plan showing the added
impervious. Please do this asap as the permit is very close to expiring. Thank you, Linda
