Design Review Process
Design review for signs is considered a Type I decision subject to the requirements of ECDC 20.01.003 and
ECDC 20.60 (Sign Code).
Analysis:
1. Location. The project site is located at 23632 Highway 99 within the CG zone. The site is designated as

2. Sign type. The proposed interior illuminated wall sign is a permitted sign type in the SR -99 area.
3. Size. Individual wall signs are allowed 1 square foot per lineal foot of attached wall in the CG zone. The
wall where the proposed sign is to be located is 19 feet long and the sign and logo measure 18.5 square
feet; the proposed sign complies with the square footage requirement for wall signs.
4. Color. The proposed sign letters are red and will be lit with LEDs. The associated logo is blue with white
lettering and will also be LED -lit.
