Westfall 425.771.0213 Subject:DRC2015-0003 Goodman Strip Retail, 21900 Hwy 99 This Review is conducted in accordance with 2012 IFC and Edmonds Community Development Code. 1) COE permit coordinator will assign address for building. 2) Callout fire hydrant placement on site and relocate existing FHs where removed. 3) Group B business occupancies will not typically require fire sprinkler or fire alarm installation. 4) Fire reviewer suggests design sufficient exiting and separation to accommodate future tenants with lower occupant load factors, i.e. group A assemblies such as restaurants. Mechanical and plumbing may also be part of that consideration. 5) Provide minimum 2A:10B:C rated fire extinguisher for each tenant space. 6) Post building address visible from street addressed upon.
