Caryl shall retain the right to use the surface of said easement, so Iong as the use does not interfere with the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Line, and so long as no permanent buildings or structures are erected on said easement. This easement is granted with the understanding that the surface will be restored to a condition substantially equivalent to its original condition upon completion of construction.
