1. We are inquiring, according to our proposed site plan, if subdividing into two (2)
parcels is in fact guaranteed, as long as there are no critical areas impacting the
location of both proposed homes. And, if the same is true with the critical area(s), are
three (3) lots possible?
2. What are the restrictions on critical areas?
3. What are codes regarding tree removal?
4. Will the transformer support and additional house, or two?
5. Would the new development require curb and gutters?
6. What's an estimated timeline for subdividing, and obtaining building permits?
