During review of the plans for the above noted project, it was found that the following information,
clarifications or changes are needed. Provide written responses to each comment and where changes can be
found on the plans. Please submit revised plans/documents to Theresa Umbaugh, Permit Coordinator.
1.Provide plumbing/utilities plan for the temporary structure, including water supply and waste lines
which will serve the building plumbing (water heater and sink shown on floor plan). Contact Jeanie
McConnell, Engineering Division, for side sewer and water line questions.
2.On the site plan (A1.1) omit the construction/work shown on the northeast lot (with the sheds). The
construction of the sheds is currently under enforcement action, is on a separate lot, and must not be
shown on the project plans. Coordinate with architect as they are aware of this issue
3.Clearly show on the site plan the area of work under this permit and that it is Phase III per April 6, 2007
letter from architect. Coordinate with architect as they are aware of this issue.
