Email Confirming Installation of Replacement Trees.pdfMachuga, Jen From: Machuga, Jen Sent: Tuesday, November 24, 2015 5:26 PM To: 'Ken Peirce' Cc: Bob Setting; Monty Chaussee Subject: RE: Required trees (Rotary Club, APL20150003) Hi Ken, I inspected the Rotary Club's site at 8116 206th St. SW this afternoon and confirmed that the two 3" caliper replacement trees required by the Hearing Examiner in his decision on your appeal (File No. APL20150003) have been planted. As you mentioned in your email, one of the replacement trees is located at the northeastern corner of the subject site (above the upper retaining wall) and the second replacement tree is located to the east of the southeastern corner of the new residence (located near Trees #7 & 8 that were subject of the appeal). Thank you for notifying me that the planting was completed. This was the final condition/corrective action that needed to be addressed as part of the Hearing Examiner's decision on your appeal. The tree up in the NE corner atop the upper retaining wall is a Stewardia pseudocamilla. The tree up in the corner of the east slope, near where the removed alder (called a fir incorrectly) was, is a Acer palmatum "bloodgood." I hope these qualify as replacements. As you will see on your inspection, we have also planted about 15 quite large -multi -trunked Pyramidalis arbor vitae. Thanks, Ken Sent from my Whone
