Engineering has completed the review of the proposed sign locations. The sign proposed adjacent
to Highway 99 and to the private parking lot is approved. However, it appears from the plans, that
th
the sign located adjacent to 220 St SW would protrude into the City right-of-way. To allow a sign
to be partially in the City’s Right-of-Way a Street Use Permit (#E75) would need to be issued.
Please provide a Site Plan that shows the dimension from the sidewalk to the
bottom of the sign.
Please fill out the Street Use application and provide all required documents for
review and approval.
