Project Address: 7712 — 201st St. SW
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and
Development.

1) It appears that the easement recording number may be 1877018 instead of 1877030. Please
check to determine the correct recording number. Revise plans accordingly.
2) Show the water service lines from the meter to the house.
3) Show all impervious areas (gravel, patios, walkways, etc.). It appears from an aerial photo
that there is a gravel area to the south of the existing home as well as a shed in the NW
corner of the site.
4) Please note on the plans the amount of new impervious area.
TESC
1) Show any temporary erosion control methods that are needed; such as,
a. Filter fence -incorporate and reference City standard detail ELL
b. Construction entrance - incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.2.
c. Filter socks — note that they will be added to any catch basins downstream from the
construction site. Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3.
d. Orange protective barrier fencing — they shall be placed at the drip line of trees to
remain and around areas proposed for low impact development techniques, such as
rain gardens, infiltration systems, etc., to protect the area from compaction.
e. Temporary stockpile - add a note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours
2) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13.
3) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures according to approved plans, City of
Edmonds standard details, and all other measures that may be required during construction.
