Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction, final location of facilities are to be verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded. 5) OK 6) 5/28/19 — Comment was not addressed. Please add the note below to the Civil Plan Sheets. 12/21/18 Comment: Consistent with Edmonds Community Development Code 18.80.060, driveway slopes shall not exceed 14% slope. Please indicate this requirement on the plans. 7) 5/28/19 — Comment was partially addressed. `b' Below was not addressed. Please revise the plans accordingly. 12/21/18 Comment: Per Snohomish County, it appears that the property adjacent to the south property line is City right-of-way. a. No retaining walls may be permitted within the right-of-way. b. At the location of the walkway and driveway, the area between the edge of asphalt and the property line shall be asphalt. Once on private property the driveway/walkway may be any hard surface. c. Please revise the plans accordingly. d. If you find documentation that states the property to the south is not City right-of- way, please provide the information to the City. 8) OK 9) OK 10) 5/28/19 — Comment was not addressed. 12/21/18 Comment: Show the proposed bollards for utility pole relocation. 11) 5/28/19 — Comment was addressed; however, please add the note below to the plans. 12/21/18 Comment: Utility patches shall be combined and full width or half width overlay will be required depending on the extent of disturbance. Where utility patches fall entirely within one travel lane, the overlay shall extend to the centerline of roadway. Where utility patches extend into both travel lanes then a full width overlay is required. Where the asphalt is too then to complete a grind and overlay, the contractor will install the patch such that there is a minimum of 2" of base rock and 4" of asphalt. 12) Please note: additional comments not included in this review may be produced after reviewing the next submittal. The site needs to have access to water during demo and construction of the new single family residence. If the water line is being removed entirely, please note how this site will have access to water or revise the plans as indicated in the comment below. It was noted on Sheet C3.00 with the AVB; however, it is not typical for the new service line to be added at demo or start of construction due to possible damage to meter/setter and changes in final grade elevations. Therefore, please show the AVB on the existing service line. 12/21/18 Comment: Add a note that an AVB to be installed on the water line (where it is cut and the meter).
