Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit Coordinator. General 1. Provide a recorded copy of the the 10’ utility easement that allows you to run the storm line across the adjacent property. 2. Provide and engineer’s estimate for all work. Please break out the estimate into on-site and off-site work so the inspection fee and bond amount can be determined. Storm Drainage 3. Show existing infiltration system for the duplex. The infiltration trenches should be located outside the grading limits or special provisions should be made to protect the existing system during construction. 4. Provide water quality calculations. Based on the drawing an area 12’ x 12’ is being paved adjacent to bldg 6 to create an additional parking stall which places the total pollution generating surface area over 5000 sf. 5. See attached comments. Sheet 1 6. What are the top of wall elevations along the west side? 7. The 448 contour line crosses over the top of cb #4 whose rim elevation is 449. Adjust the contour line accordingly. Sheet 2 8. The detention pipe indicateds 0% slope but the invert elevation at cb 4 indicates otherwise. Correct the invert grade at cb#4. 9. Provide a detail for the midpoint access riser. 10. The allowable minimum orifice size is 5/8”. Please change accordingly. 12. Existing cb’s in front of bldg 6: a. Provide the new invert elevation of the pipe to the north east. b. Easterly cb: note indicates storm pipe to the north east. Does one exist and if so need to show it and where it connects to. c. Inverts between the two cb’s indicate flow to the east instead of west. Sheet 1 of 1 Traffic control plan 13. Original comment not addressed: Add additional signage and required distances indicating the lane shift eastbound. 14.
