During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
1.Since the total impervious surface area exceeds 5000 sf, the standard storm hand out cannot be used or
interpolated. The system must be designed per the 1992 DOE Manual as outlined in Chapt. 18.30 of the
Edmonds Community Development Code. Please submit the required drainage report.
2.Show the detention system, including the new storm system on Hanna Park Road on a 24 x36 sheet.
3.ADS pipe under paved surfaces must have a minimum of 2’ of cover. Since there appears to be
approximately 1 foot of cover in areas, the pipe needs to be ductile iron.
4. Please submit 1 recorded copy of the utility easement.
