The numbers of the responses correspond to the comments on the review. I will attempt to point out how and where the comments have been addressed on the attached revised plans. GENERAL 1) Submit Side Sewer Permit Application form The Side Sewer Permit Application has been prepared and included with this submittal. SITE PLAN INFORMATION 2) Please show the proposed covered patio towards the back of the lot. The proposed covered patio towards the back of the lot has been added. 3) Add a note to the plan that temporary erosion and sediment control measures per associated subdivision permit PLN20160014 need to be maintained throughout construction. Otherwise, please submit a TESC plan for the single family residence. Note #1 has been added. 4) Per the plan, the water service line connects to the proposed meter located near the short plat entrance. Add a callout indicating the water meter to be 1" and label the water service line to be 1-1/2" with tracer wire. Callout and label have been added. 5) Add a note to connect sewer to the side sewer approved under PLN20160014. Note #2 has been added. 6) Please add a cleanout within 2' of the proposed residence. Sewer cleanout has been added within 2' of the proposed residence. 7) Please add a note that the 6" cleanout near the property line shall have a 12" cast iron lamphole cover with'/" hexbolts. Provide the invert of the cleanout. Note #3 has been added. The invert of the cleanout has been added. 8) Add a callout that roof drains are to connect to the roof drain stub approved under PLN20160014. Note #5 has been added. 9) Add a callout that footing drains are to connect to the footing drain stub approved under PLN20160014. Note #4 has been added. 10) Please provide an impervious area table on the plan as well as the maximum impervious area allowed to discharge to the detention tank approved under PLN20160014.
