1. Separate plan sheet has been generated separating engineering/planning documentation from
building, Sheet A102.
2. Rockery at the east PL are shown, detail 3/ A102.
Storm A102
1. Impervious surface chart has been revised.
Engineering Plan Review Comments, sheet A102
2. Existing roof area has been removed from the chart. Only new roof area has been listed.
3. New concrete slab which replaces some existing area, is shown on the plan, detail 3/A102.
4. Site plan of existing conditions clearly shows the existing area which existed prior to 1976, detail
4/A102.
5. Site Plan New Total Impervious Area clearly shows the total impervious surface for the
completed project, detail 4/,102.
