During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1.Please add standard detail E1.3 to the TESC sheet. Also, label the affected catch basins to be protected
per City of Edmonds standard detail E1.3
2.Add standard details E2.8 and E2.13 to sheet 3 of 6.
3.Please show the existing driveways (east and west), bicycle lane and fog line to all sheets.
4.If the east existing driveway is not to be used then, label as existing to be removed and replace per City
of Edmonds standard details E2.8 and E2.13
5.The installation of the proposed water meters will require the removal of sidewalk panels. Please add a
note stating Sidewalk removal and restoration required when installing water meters. Restoration to be
per City of Edmonds standard detail E2.13 Coordinate with City of Edmonds Engineering Inspector
6.The existing cb Type 1 in the Right-of-Way you are proposing to connect to, is not a Type 1. Please
change to Type 2 54-in. In addition, please provide the proposed invert elevation for the new 12-in storm
line.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
