During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed:
1. Please show temporary erosion control measures on site plan. Please refer to City of Edmonds standard
details E 1. 1, and E 1.2.
2. Please separate existing and proposed impervious surface. Please include new asphalt driveway and turn
around in proposed impervious surface calculations.
3. Please provide drainage plan including detention system if new post -1977 impervious surface exceeds
2000sf.
4. Please correct site address on site plan. 16719 Cobblestone Dr. does not exist in City of Edmonds.
5. Existing house does not appear to have a porch but has entry at grade. Please add as proposed porch and
add to impervious surface calculations or remove from site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
