During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
Traffic Control Plan
1)Show the location of the off ramp from SR-104 to Highway 99. Show ‘road work ahead’ and
‘right lane closed ahead’ signage within the off ramp.
2)Show location of bus stop just North of the off ramp. Access to bus stop to remain open.
3)Clearly show where the work zone.
4)Show ‘end road work’ sign.
5)Construction signage is to be placed in limited access – WSDOT jurisdiction. Please obtain
appropriate approvals.
The Engineering Division will continue review of the right of way application once the 3 copies of the
traffic control plan has been received.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
