During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1) Location of work shown on plans is different than address given on application and plan which is 24329

Highway 99. Drawing shows cell site on 244 St SW but has the street labeled SR104. The aerial

submission shows the cell site on 205. Google is not always correct. 205 St does not progress west of

76 Ave W. The area shown is actually 244 St SW. I have attached a copy of City’s map of that area for
reference. Please make corrections and resubmit.

1)Traffic control plan submitted for intersection does not reflect actual conditions. This area of 244 St
SW is a highly trafficked 4 lane road with center turn lane. Also traffic control signs are unreadable on
copies received for review. Please resubmit traffic control plan showing all traffic control necessary for
this specific road including cones and required distances between signs.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the traffic control plans to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at
