During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1) A right of way construction permit will be required as it will be necessary for workers to use the right of
way while working at the property line. Please find application attached.
2) How will the drainage of the carport and covered ramp be handled? Please indicate on plan if drainage
will be tied into existing or if some other method will be employed.
Please Note:
Approval of this permit will pend on receipt of right of way application and the result of the
application for reasonable use.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the traffic control plans to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at

these plan corrections.
