During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
Please revise Traffic Control Plan to show the following:
1.Submit a traffic control plan that shows intersections and lanes as they exist.
This traffic control plan needs to be specific for this location; showing all lanes that exist

2.Please remove the flagger on 76 Ave W.
3.Remove the the sign ‘Left lane closed ahead’ and replace with ‘Through Lane Closed Ahead’.
4.Please add a sign that states ‘Left turn and through traffic merge left’ and ‘Right Turn use right
lane’ (or equivalent).
5.Add signs ‘End of road work’ where appropriate.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plans and associated documents with a written
