During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.usunder City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.The proposed drawings shows the city utilities; however, the followingneeds to be added or
corrected:
a.The line labeled sewer is also labeled storm. Please revise plans accordingly.
b.The sewermain does notextend into the cul-de-sac. Please revise plans to accurately show
the sewer main line as it exists.
c.Please show that 5’ separation can be maintained from the city utilities.
2.Theproposed comcast line should be located along one side of the street. If the line shall cross the
road, the line should cross at a perpendicular angle to the roadway. Please revise the plans to
show the proposed BO Cable crossing at a 90° angles to the roadway.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plansand associated documents with a written
