1.Please provide a detail showing the proposed location of the new pole at the corner of 76Ave W

and 218St SW in relationship to the sidewalk.
a.Please add a note to this detail that the sidewalk ramp will be replaced ensuring that
current ADA standards are being met.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised traffic control plansand associated documents with a written
