Please revise site plan to show the following:
1.3/23/12 –Comment was partially addressed. The edge of Right-of-Way is shown; however, the
location of the proposed boring shows the work being completed on private property. Please
provide the easement allowing you to install the utility on private property. Please note the size
and location of the cuts.
2/17/12 Comment: Show the edge of right-of-wayand note the locations and sizes of all cuts.
2.3/23/12 –Comment was not addressed.
