clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Please revise site plan to show the following:
1.Proposed plan showstheproposed line zig zagging through thestreet.The City can not approve
the proposed location.
a.Proposed BO Cable replacement line shall follow the path of the existing cable.
b.If there are other utility (dry) conflicts, please show the utilities on the plans.
c.Please revise the plans accordingly.
2.Please show the edge ofpavement.
3.Please show that a 5’ separation is maintainedfrom the City Utilities.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plansand associated documents with a written response to each
