Please see my list below. 1.) Both poles have multiple risers on them making it difficult to relocate further than 1' away from existing without completely redoing the risers and UG lines. 2.) Pole (B) has an anchor going East to support conductor going West. If I move the pole further back this would place the anchor further into the customers property and probably outside of our easement. 3.) Placing both poles that far back would also place them out of line causing difficulties for the conductor going NW off pole (B) and further NE along the line. Hopefully this answers your questions.
