This Permit allowsforextended 'use oftime restricted -three` hour parking spaces. Issuance ofthis permit doesn not allowfor parking -
in areas with yellow painted curbing, ADA accessible spaces, fire lanes, or any location deemed unsafe or unsuitable by the Traffic
Engineer or Police Department.
1. The City will not be responsible for reserving spaces for your use. You may place signs on the sidewalk (maintaining a minimum
of 44" clear travel area forpedestrians) up to 72 hours in advance of the time you will beusing the parking spaces, noting the date
and times the spots will be in use, In addition, the City will not be responsible for enforcement or removal ofvehicles orfor any
costs related thereto
2. You mayplace cones to reserve the spots any time after 12:01 a,m. on the day you will be using the spaces.
3. You or your agent are not aulhorLed to low vehicles that encroach upon the reserved parking spaces.
4. The maximum allowable on -street parking use shall be eight hours. The hours of use may be between 6:00 a.m. and 10 00 p.m.
5. A maximum ofthree parking spaces (sixty lineal feet) may be reserved.
