Please submit revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. Most of the Engineering requirements for this development are being reviewed under the fill/grade permit (BLD20160026). Comments under this review are limited to Bldg C and the plans submitted to the City with that specific permit application. General 1. Review civil construction plans, landscape plan and plot plan to compare for consistency. Differences noted include walkways, potential trash enclosure area, etc. P2 — Plot Plan 1. It appears as though the same P2 plot plan is being used for all 3 buildings. Between the fill/grade permit and the plot plan, all utility systems shall be shown in their entirety from the main system to the connection point at each building. Generally the fill/grade permit gets issued in advance of the other permits, in which case the final utility connections would need to be shown on the plot plan. Revise plans as needed.
