Please submit revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. Most of the Engineering requirements for this development were reviewed under the fill/grade permit (BLD20160026). Comments under this review are limited to Bldg A and the plans submitted to the City with that specific permit application. Comments 1- May 10, 2019 Comments 2 — August 20, 2019 Comments 3 — December 19, 2019 General December 19, 2019 — Comments not addressed or not fully addressed. For example, retaining walls, concrete stairs and walkway to Paradise Lane and landscape areas around the buildings are not consistent between plans. 8/20/2019 comment — It does not appear as though this comment was addressed. A revised landscape plan was not found to be part of the resubmittal. 5/10/2019 comment - Review civil construction plans, landscape plan and plot plan to compare for consistency. Differences noted include walkways, potential trash enclosure area, etc. L1— Landscape Plan December 19, 2019 — Comment not addressed. 8/20/2019 comment — It does not appear as though this comment was addressed. A revised landscape plan was not found to be part of the resubmittal. 5/10/2019 comments: 1. Clearly show property line along Paradise Lane. 2. Please review against civil construction plans to confirm vegetation placement does not conflict with proposed utilities. P2 — Plot Plan 1.
