During a review of the plans by the Building Division for the above noted project, it was found that
the following information, clarifications, or changes are needed. A complete review cannot be
performed until the revised plans/documents, including a written response indicating where the
`clouded' or otherwise highlighted changes can be found on the revised plans, have been submitted
to a Permit Coordinator. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Engineering, or Fire, may
result in additional comments.
Sheet A2.0
1. Please provide an emergency and rescue means of egress per IRC R310.1 from the
basement.
2. Specify the equipment to be used and approximate locations of the equipment, intake and
exhaust for the unvented crawlspace conditioning per IRC R408.3.
3. Per IRC R408.3, as amended by the State of Washington, a radon vent is required in all
unvented crawlspaces. Please provide a detail and location of the radon vent.

4. There is a detail bug referencing detail FD3/S 1. l adjacent to the stairs. Please review this
call out and verify its accuracy.
5. Specify the connection to be used between the 2x12 ledger and B42.

where it is to be used. B22, B24?
7. Specify column C 1 in column schedule.

9. Header H5 is specified on the plans as a 3-1/8x12 GLB, but in the calculations it is shown as
a 5-1/8x12 GLB. Please reconcile.
