Project: Salish Crossing Pavilion
Project Address: 190 Sunset Ave S
This memo addresses the review comments made by the City of Edmonds Engineering Division
staff for the Salish Crossing Pavilion project. The following list summarizes the civil engineering
comments with the corresponding changes made to the application and plans. Additional fees,
bonds, plans, and insurance, will be provided as needed at a later date.
2. Temporary Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan:
a. A stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP) has been included in the civil set. The
SWPPP plan details the temporary erosion and sedimentation control measures
implemented by the project, see sheet C2.
3. Traffic Control Plan
b. A traffic control plan has been provided as part of the civil set, see sheet C5,
4. Utility Plan
a. A water, sewer and utility plan has been included as part of the civil set, see sheet C4.
Storm utilities are detailed on the drainage and site development plan, see sheet C3.
b. Dry utilities are shown on the water, sewer and utility plan, see sheet C4.
c. A drainage and site development plan has been included as part of the civil set. The
plan details the proposed flow control and drainage features, see sheet C3.
5. Site Plan
a. The construction sequence has been included in the civil set, see sheet C1.
b. General construction notes have been included in the civil set, see sheet C3.
c. New parking lot curb layout is shown on the site development plan, see sheet C3.
h. New sidewalk and paving sections have been shown on the civil set, see sheet C3.
i. Stairs, planters and terrace retaining walls are shown on private property. Site
development details and sections have also been included, see sheet C3. Also see
architectural drawings for additional sections and elevations.
j. Retaining walls have been called out on the drainage and site development plan with
spot elevation listing the top of wall and toe at grade, see sheet C3.
