YD in shared drive, add arrows showing direction of flow. Call out any thickened edge or
curbing to be installed to guide water to yard drain.

8. Show water service line from meter to house, call out size, material and length. Water
service is shown crossing side sewer where clean out should be installed and at the point
of the storm stub into the property. Please revise
9. Show 4”side sewer clean out at house and 6” clean out at property line. Note that 6” clean
out shall have a 12” Cast Iron Lid with ½” Hex Bolts. Excessive slope. Consider 6” side
sewer on property. Provide detail of anchoring.

1. Add note that water line shall cross over the sewer line and that a 20’ PVC sleeve is
required for the water line centered at the crossing.
2. Roof drain at southeast corner of house is shown connecting to the bypass storm line.
Please revise to connect to the yard drain stub out.
