During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or
Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents with
a response letter addressing each of the items below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website; edmondswa. _gov.
SITE PLAN:
1. Site plan shall be scaled 1:10 or 1:20. Please revise.
2. Add dimensions to confirm the parking stalls are a minimum of 8 %2 x 16 %2 .
3. Show where the staging of equipment and materials will be on site.
4. Show sewer line on plan. Call out the length, material and size of the existing sewer
connection. Also show the location of the clean out outside of the building.
5. Add the water service and water meter. Please call out the size of the water meter and the
length, material and size of the existing water service. If a new meter or service is needed,
please include length, material and size of the proposed line.
