Project: Tree Removal — Closure of 200th St SW

During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:
www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.
TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN
1) Provide specific date and time in which the tree removal will occur. Closure of 200th St SW
shall not occur during peak travel hours, including immediately before or after school hours.
Please note that the neighboring school starts at 9:20 AM, and ends at 3:50 PM.
2) Provide a detailed plan for the proposed traffic detour during road closure. Include signs and
locations of signs on the detour route plan.
3) Please see Figure 6H-20 Detour for Closed Street (on page 13) of the Edmonds Traffic
Control Requirements.
4) Notify police, fire, EMS, school buses, garbage collection, and any other applicable
departments of road closure date and time.
