Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. GENERAL 1) Please add all standard details that are applicable to project construction. Available on the city website. Update plans. 2) Submit ROW Permit Application form 3) Submit Side Sewer Permit Application form 4) Include construction sequence. Refer to sample on City website. 5) Include General Construction Notes. Refer to sample on City website. Please change the WSDOT/APWA version to the current year. 6) A Stormwater Covenant is required to be recorded against the property based on the proposed stormwater facilities for the project. Please complete the covenant, including notarization and any required exhibits and submit to the city. Ensure the stormwater covenant meets Snohomish County Record Drawing requirements. The document must be complete, but will not be recorded prior to permit issuance. Prior to construction final location of facilities are to be verified (by field inspection and asbuilt) and then the covenant will be recorded. 7) Please revise the call out for the sewer easement to "Public Sewer and Storm Easement AFN: 1877039 (5 ft)". 8) Please label the driveway as asphalt from the paved road to the property line. 9) Remove current notes regarding size of trench cuts in the road and add note to plans: "Utility patches shall be combined and full width or half width overlay will be required depending on the extent of disturbance. Where utility patches fall entirely within one travel lane, the overlay shall extend to the centerline of roadway. Where utility patches extend into both travel lanes then a full width overlay is required." WATER 1) Please label size of water meter. 2) Show that there is a minimum of 3' of horizontal separation between the water service and dry utilities (i.e. power, phone, gas, cable, etc.). See below. SEWER 1) Is there a reason that the sewer connection is not from the easement? If you have not done so, please contact the sewer division at 425-771-0235 to discuss the preferred location to make the new connection. 2) Show a 6" cleanout on the right of way side of the property line. Please add a note that the 6" cleanout at the property line shall have a 12" cast iron lamphole cover with '/2" hexbolts. 3) Provide invert elevations at the cleanout at the property line . DRY UTILITIES 1) Show all dry utilities and required utility separation. Please add a note that a minimum of 3' separation is required between the dry utilities (power, gas, phone, cable, etc.) and sewer, water, and storm and 5' from any City main lines.
