Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm. City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. Please submit a site plan showing all property lines, driveway and all structures, including sidewalks to scale. Show where the three required parking spaces (8.5' x 16.5') will be located on the site. 2. It has been determined that the fixture count will require an upgraded to your existing water meter. Please show a new 1" water meter replacement on your plans with a 1 '/2" water line connecting it to your home. For your Information: The new water meter will cost $2970. The upgrade from your existing 3/4 general facility charge ($5050 credit) to a 1" general facility charge ($12,624 fee) will be $ 7574.00. Total cost of the upgrade is $ 10,544.
