During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning and Building, may result in
additional comments. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit
Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-12pm.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website.
Please submit a site plan showing all property lines, driveway and all structures, including
sidewalks to scale. Show where the three required parking spaces (8.5' x 16.5') will be located on
the site.
2. It has been determined that the fixture count will require an upgraded to your existing water meter.
Please show a new 1" water meter replacement on your plans with a 1 '/2" water line connecting it
to your home.
For your Information:
The new water meter will cost $2970.
The upgrade from your existing 3/4 general facility charge ($5050 credit) to a 1" general facility
charge ($12,624 fee) will be $ 7574.00.
Total cost of the upgrade is $ 10,544.
