1) A minimum of two parking spaces shall be required on private property. The two spaces
may be tandem. Each parking space shall be a minimum 8.5-feet wide by 16.5-feet long.
• Please show on the plans that two parking spaces are feasible on private property.
2) It appears that the area immediately west of the existing concrete driveway has been utilized
for parking. This option shall be permitted for the second parking space so long as the
rockery at the western edge of the property can accommodate the weight of the vehicle.
• If you would like to utilize this area for the second parking space, please provide
documentation from an engineer demonstrating that the rockery can withstand the
additional surcharge.
