During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and
Development.
GENERAL
1) Show all private and public easement information within the plan sets if they exist. Note
AFN's for existing easements and/or recording documents for proposed easements as
applicable.
2) Please show the driveway for the existing garage.
a. Note the year of construction for the driveway.
b. Note the amount of impervious area for the driveway.
3) A cleanout is required within 2 feet of the structure. Please show the cleanout and note on
the plans that proper permits and inspections will be obtained from Olympic Water and
Sewer District.
4) Please show the water service line on the plans from the meter to the house.
