Project Address: 18302 — 88th Ave W
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and
Development.
1) There appears to be a City sewer main along the west side of the subject site.
a. Please show the sewer main on the plans (even if it is on the adjacent property).
b. Please show the sewer easements (if located on the subject site) on the plans.
2) Show the edge of asphalt of the access road along the west property line.
3) Please show the side sewer from the house to the sewer main. (This is to make sure the new
structure is not being built over the sewer line).
4) Please show the water service line from the house to the property.
5) Please add the impervious surface calculations on the plans.
6) Please show the driveway to the new shop (garage).
7) Consistent with Edmonds Community Development Code 18.80.060, driveway slopes shall
not exceed 14% slope. Please indicate this requirement on the plans.
