During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and
Development.
NOTE TO REVIEWER: These plan review comments are organized by utility/element being
reviewed. If civil plan sheets are submitted, then after the GENERAL section, comments should be
organized by plan sheet.
GENERAL
***The Engineering Division is unable to complete the review at this time since no site plan
has been submitted. Please submit a site plan for review. Additional comments may follow
once the plan has been submitted for review.***
1) Submit ROW Permit Application form if you will be completing any work with the City
right-of-way.
2) Please submit a site plan showing any existing and proposed storm lines located on the
subject site.
3) Label the pipe sizes for existing and proposed storm lines.
4) If there is an existing stormwater management system, please show the system on the plans.
5) Show all City and private easements.
6) Show all City utilities that are adjacent to the site.
7) All utilities should be shown from the city main line/lateral to the structure.
8) Show all existing and proposed/repair (if any) frontage improvements.
9) Show all appropriate temporary erosion control measures.
a. Filter fence -reference City standard detail E L L
b. Construction entrance - reference City standard detail E 1.2.
c. Filter socks —note on plans that they will be added to any catch basins downstream
from the construction site. Incorporate and reference City standard detail E1.3.
d. Orange protective barrier fencing - to be placed at the drip line of trees to remain and
around areas proposed/existing low impact development techniques, such as rain
gardens, infiltration systems, etc., to protect the area from compaction.
e. Temporary stockpile - Add a note that the stockpile is to be covered within 24 hours
