Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, New updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. GENERAL 1) Submit Side Sewer Permit Application form if the new sewer connection will be made directly to the service line in the exterior. 2) Consistent with ECDC 17.60.040, The improved surface in the front yard shall not exceed 50 percent of the required front yard area. Please clearly show the new parking space and add dimensions. Add dimension of property frontage and of driveway access at property line. TESC 1) Please add a note to the plans: "All disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13." 2) Add note: Install and maintain all TESC measures as needed, consistent with City of Edmonds standard details. SEWER 1) Show entire sewer run from the main line to the house. STORMWATER 1) Add an Impervious Areas chart: Provide a breakdown for all the impervious surfaces.
