Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. C.F.NF.RAT. 1) Upon review of the submitted plans, the new lower deck would count toward the new impervious surface area calculation. Please show this new impervious surface area on the plans. Please note that if new impervious surface area meets or exceeds 2,000 square feet, then stormwater management shall be required. TESC 1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail. SEWER 1) Entire sewer run shall be shown from the main line to the house. 2) Show any existing cleanouts on the plans. 3) If the side sewer and/or cleanout(s) exist within the vicinity of the proposed new lower grade deck, please note that cleanout(s) shall remain accessible following construction.
