Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. C.F.NF.RAT. 1) Show all existing utilities (e.g. water, sewer, sider sewer, and storm) on the site plan. 2) Show all easements on the site plan. 3) Note all existing impervious surfaces (walkways, driveway, patios, etc.) and the total new impervious surface area on the site plan. 4) Please note that if the total new impervious surface area meets or exceeds 2,000 square feet, TESC 1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail. 2) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP T5.13.
