During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application
and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website:
www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development.

1) Please show all existing utilities (e.g. water, sewer, side sewer and cleanouts, and storm) on
the site plan.
2) Note total new impervious surface area (i.e. patio, deck, stairs, paver landing, walkways,
etc.) on the site plan.
3) Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface area
triggers stormwater management.
TESC
1) Show filter fence on the plans and incorporate and reference City standard detail.
2) Orange protective barrier fencing shall be placed at the drip line of trees to remain to protect
the area from compaction. Please show on the plans.
3) Please add a note to the plans that all disturbed soils will be compost amended per BMP
T5.13.
