Please submit revised plans/documents including a written response to each item below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other forms, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. GENERAL 1) Please note that all standard details have been updated and have new reference numbers. Review the changes on the city website and update plans. 2) Obtain City Right of Way (ROW) permit for removal of the existing driveway and placement of the proposed new driveway. 3) Note materials for the proposed new driveway and show the connection within the City ROW to 106th PI W. SEWER 1) Contact Olympic View Water and Sewer District for inspections of the side sewer. STORM 1) Show additional impervious area associated with the portion of the proposed new driveway in the City ROW that connects to 106th Pl W. Provide this surface area in the total new impervious surfaces for the project. 2) Please note that meeting or exceeding 2,000 square feet of new impervious surface area triggers stormwater management.
