Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a response letter addressing each of the items below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details with new reference numbers, application and other fonns, and development code may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and Development. SITE PLAN 1) It appears that there may be an easement along the west and east property line. Please show any easements located on the subject site. 2) Please show the City's water and sewer mains on and/or adjacent to the property. 3) Please show any private stormwater lines/facilities. 4) Please show the sewer from the house to the main. 5) Show the water from the meter to the house. 6) Please label the deck as impervious or pervious (i.e. Spaced deck with permeable surface below, waterproof deck, etc.). 7) Please show all impervious areas on the property (i.e. concrete, gravel areas, etc.) and label as existing or proposed. 8) Please show the driveway on the plans. 9) Show the edge of asphalt of the private road (94th PL W). 10) Note rooflines on the plans. 1 1) Show proposed temporary erosion control measures (i.e. silt fence, construction entrance, inlet protection, etc.) and reference the City standard details.
