Reviews by other divisions, such as Planning, Building, or Fire may result in additional comments. Please submit two (2) sets of revised plans/documents with a response letter addressing each of the items below. Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon. City of Edmonds handouts, new updated standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website; edmondswa.gov. Sheet SP-01— Cover/Site Plan: 1) Please note "covered" or "uncovered" for courtyard. 2) Please add note "Owner/contractor shall remove and replace all existing damaged or non-ADA compliant sidewalk and/or curb gutter as determined by the engineering inspector." 3) Please correct spelling in the "Construction Note". 4) Show 2 ft sawcut consistent with COE driveway standard detail. 5) Water meter shall be installed in row at property line. Line shall be perpendicular within the right of way. 6) Sewer clean out shall be located on row side of property line. Call out as 6" clean out with 12" lamphole covers with 12" hexbolts." 7) Add identifying information to the utilities in the right of way (material, size..) including the existing sewer lateral. 8) Now that the address is assigned, please add it to the plan. 9) Show location of mailbox pending US Postal Service approval. 10) Retaining walls over 4 ft in height measured from the exposed toe to the top of the wall require a permit. See Retaining Wall Permit Handout B62. Please provide signed and stamped drawings including design details. Sheet GN-01 General Notes and Legend 11) Replace "2016" with "2018" for the WSDOT/APWA Standards 12) Please revise the construction sequence to reflect this project. No pre -con meeting is required and there will be no demolition of structures. TP-01— Clearing, Grading and TESC Plan 13) Please revise tesc measure call outs with new standard detail reference numbers.
