Project: Salish Crossing — Tenant Improvement
Project Address: 188 Sunset Ave S
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents including a written
response to each item below.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details, application and other forms, and development code
may be referenced on the City website: www.edmondswa.gov under Services/Permits and
Development.
1) Per the plan the replaced impervious surface area is under 2000 sgft. Therefore, stormwater
management is not required. However, if you are to install a storm drain, please show the
following:
a. How the drain will be connected to the storm system. The storm drain shall not be
connected to sanitary sewer (illegal connection).
b. Provide invert elevations so that pipe coverage and slope can be verified.
2) Please note that traffic impact fees are assessed when a tenant has been determined.
