Project Address: 546 Paradise Lane
During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please submit revised plans/documents with a written
response to each of the items below to a permit coordinator.
Resubmittals can be made at the Development Services Department on the 2nd floor of City Hall.
Permit Center hours are M, T, Th & F from 8am-4:30pm and on Wednesdays from 8:30am-noon.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
Most of the Engineering requirements for this development were reviewed under the
fill/grade permit (BLD20160026). Comments under this review are limited to Bldg A and the
plans submitted to the City with that specific permit application.
General
1. Review civil construction plans, landscape plan and plot plan to compare for consistency.
Differences noted include walkways, potential trash enclosure area, etc.
L1— Landscape Plan
1. Clearly show property line along Paradise Lane.
2. Please review against civil construction plans to confirm vegetation placement does not conflict
with proposed utilities.
P2 — Plot Plan
1. Revise to show tightline from Building A connection to the roof drain stub that is shown on the
civil construction plans.
